Sattva In Every Step
Reconnect with your body, your breath, and the rhythms of nature.

Explore Working Together

Welcome to Mountain Ayurveda
Here you’ll find gentle ways to return to rhythm —
through Ayurvedic guidance, yoga, meditation, and seasonal gatherings. My work blends ancient wisdom with modern living to help you feel grounded, radiant, and clear.

A Grounding Practice You Can Use Today

If your body feels unsettled, scattered, or overextended, pause and bring both feet fully to the ground.

Stand or sit. Press down gently through your heels. Let your weight be held.

Take three slow breaths, feeling the exhale travel down through the legs.

This simple act helps the nervous system orient to safety and reminds the body where it is.

About Mountain Ayurveda

I created Mountain Ayurveda to share timeless wisdom in a way that feels both grounding and alive.
With a foundation in Ayurveda, over seven years as a yoga teacher, and a lifelong devotion to meditation, I help others reconnect with balance, rhythm, and ease.

My approach is simple and human: blending daily rituals, movement, breath, and mindful nourishment into practices that fit real life.
Whether through one-on-one consultations, yoga shaped for your dosha, or guided meditation, my work is about clearing space so your natural vitality can rise to the surface.

Mountain Ayurveda is more than a practice—it’s an invitation to remember your wholeness.

My Story

Life in Rhythm

From the Mountain Journal

Fresh salad

Stories, practices, and seasonal reflections for living in rhythm with nature.

This is not a space for fixing or forcing change.
It is a place to remember rhythm, nourishment, and care —
through food, breath, movement, and attention.

Some people arrive here for guidance.
Others for learning.
Others simply to feel steady again.

Rooted in Service

Mountain Ayurveda is a place for those asking a quiet, essential question:

How can I live in better service — to my body, the land, and the rhythms that sustain me?

If you’re feeling called to personal guidance, one-on-one consultations are available — offered as thoughtful conversations, not prescriptions.
